STOREBRAND LIVSFORSIKRING AS - REPURCHASE OF BONDS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 21 March 2018 regarding a

successful bond issue of SEK 900 million.  In conjunction with the bond issue

Storebrand Livsforsikring has repurchased bonds with a nominal amount of NOK

117m in the outstanding bonds callable on 29 May 2018(ISIN NO0010430713). The

repurchased bonds will be written down.
