Storebrand Bank ASA: ISSUE, SALE AND BUY BACK OF COVERED BOND

Storebrand Boligkreditt AS has today issued NOK 2000 million of a new covered

bond STROK 13 - ISIN NO0010786726 with maturity 15.06.2022 and done a buy back

of 736 millioner in STORK 08 - NO0010635071. The issue size of STOKK 08 will be

reduced with the same amount.

Storebrand Bank ASA has bought NOK 1000 million of the new bond  STROK 13 - ISIN

NO0010786726 and sold 236 million of own holdings in STORK 08 - NO0010635071 to

Storebrand Boligkreditt AS.
