STOREBRAND BANK ASA - PURCHASE, SALE AND ISSUE OF BONDS

Storebrand Boligkreditt AS has issued NOK 2500 million of a new 5 year bond -

ISIN NO0010760192, whereof Storebrand Bank ASA has bought NOK 1750 million.

Maturity of the bond is 16.06.2021.

Storebrand Bank ASA has sold NOK 1057 million of STORK 07 - ISIN NO0010612294

and NOK 601,5 million to Storebrand Boligkreditt AS. Storebrand Boligkreditt AS

will reduce the issue size in the bonds with the amount bought. The bonds have

maturity 3.6.16 and 15.6.16.
