Storebrand Livsforsikring AS: Notice of early redemption of ISIN NO 0010521628 Fixed/Floating Rate Perpetual Subordinated Bond

ISIN NO 0010521628: Storebrand Livsforsikring AS 2009 Fixed/Floating Rate

Perpetual Subordinated Bond ("the Bonds").

Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Bonds that the Issuer will, in

accordance with Condition 7.3.1 of the Bonds, redeem all of the Bonds on 30 June

2015. The Bonds will be redeemed at their principal amount, together with

accrued interest.
