STOREBRAND BANK  ASA - ISSUE AND BUYBACK OF BONDS

Storebrand Bank has issued NOK 300 million of bond STORB 49 PRO  - ISIN

NO0010729387 (maturity 14.01.2020). Outstanding in the market is NOK 500 million

after the issue. Storebrand Bank has bought back NOK 100 million of bond STORB

46 PRO  - NO0010670979 (maturity 29.01.2016) and NOK 21,5 million of  STORB43

PRO NO0010654510 (maturity 06.07.2015).
