Storebrand ASA: Recommendation of Board members to the Annual General Meeting

The Nomination Committee of Storebrand ASA has unanimously decided to nominate

the following as board members for the election period 2019-2020;

Didrik Munch                      (re-elected chairman)

Laila S. Dahlen                   (re-elected member)

Karin Bing Orgland            (re-elected member)

Liv Sandbæk                      (re-elected member)

Karl Sandlund                    (new-elected member)

Martin Skancke                  (re-elected member)

Board member Jan Chr. Opsahl has informed the Nomination committee that after

almost three years as a Board member he does not want to seek re-election at the

forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The election of a new Board of Directors will take place at the Annual General

Meeting of Storebrand on 10 April 2019.
