Storebrand ASA - Election of the Board in Storebrand ASA

The Board of Representatives of Storebrand ASA has in a meeting on 26 May 2015

elected Nils Are Karstad Lysø and Karin Bing Orgland as new Board members.

Nils Are Karstad Lysø was born in 1968, and holds an MBA from Handelshøgskolen

BI. He has many years of experience as a partner in McKinsey & Company, mainly

with projects within the banking and finance sector in Norway, Sweden,

Switzerland and Italy. He has also been executive vice president in Aker group,

followed by five years as CFO and CEO of Moods of Norway. Lysø is currently

managing director at The Norwegian Opera and Ballet in Oslo.

Karin Bing Orgland was born in 1959, and holds an MBA from NHH. She has many

years of experience in the banking and insurance sector, both private and

corporate customers, mainly from corporate management in DNB and DNB Life. She

is self-employed with the Board of several major companies.

Upon the election, The Board of Storebrand ASA consists of the following

members:

Birger Magnus (chairman), Monica Caneman, Laila S. Dahlen, Gyrid Skalleberg

Ingerø, Nils Are Karstad Lysø, Karin Bing Orgland, Martin Skancke, Knut Dyre

Haug (elected by employees), Arne Fredrik Håstein (elected by employees), and

Heidi Storruste (elected by employees).

The shareholder-elected board members are all elected for the period until the

Board of Representatives meet again in May 2016 to hold its regular annual board

elections.
