STOREBRAND ASA- Election of new Board Member

The Board of Representatives of Storebrand ASA has in a meeting on 7 September

2015 elected Håkon Reistad Fure as a new Board member.

Håkon Reistad Fure holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from The

Norwegian Business School (BI). He has worked as a financial analyst in DNB

Markets, mainly analyzing larger Nordic financial institutions (banking and

insurance). Fure has since the fall of 2014 held a position as partner with

Magni Partners Limited.

Upon the election, The Board of Storebrand ASA consists of the following

members:

Birger Magnus (chairman), Laila S. Dahlen, Håkon Reistad Fure, Gyrid Skalleberg

Ingerø, Nils Are Karstad Lysø, Karin Bing Orgland, Martin Skancke, Knut Dyre

Haug (elected by employees), Arne Fredrik Håstein (elected by employees), and

Heidi Storruste (elected by employees).

The shareholder-elected board members are all elected for the period until the

Board of Representatives meet again in May 2016 to hold its regular annual board

elections.
