The Annual General Meeting of Storebrand ASA on 10 April 2019 adopted by the

required majority all of the proposals of the Board of Directors and Nomination

Committee as they were worded in the notice of the General Meeting, dated and

distributed on 18 March 2019.

The resolutions of the General Meeting are enclosed as appendices to this

notice.
