STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 14 December 2017 at 9.00 EET
During the 1–30 November 2017 conversion period there was one conversion and a
total of 20 000 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded
in the Finnish trade register today, 14 December 2017, and trading in the new R
shares will start on 15 December 2017.
Breakdown of shares after conversion:

A shares  176 392 320
R shares  612 227 667
Total  788 619 987

Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes
after the conversion is at least 237 615 087.
