Item 5.02. Departure of Certain Officer.

INTL FCStone Inc. (the "Company") has announced the departure of Peter J. Nessler, Jr. as Executive Vice President-Commodities, effective February 1, 2014. Mr. Nessler has also resigned as the President and Chief Executive Officer of FCStone, LLC, the Company's futures commission merchant subsidiary. Xuong Nguyen, who is currently Global Head of Operations for the Company and has 20 years of experience in the futures industry, has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of FCStone, LLC.
