On January 3, 2016, Richard P. Adante, Vice President of Operations of Stoneridge, Inc. (the “Company”), provided a letter to the Company notifying the Company of his intention to retire. According to the notice letter Mr. Adante’s retirement date is anticipated to be January 3, 2017.
