Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 117.1664

per share. The shares were purchased in accordance

with the buy-back programme announced on November 19,

In addition, employees of Stolt-Nielsen Limited

exercised options to acquire a total of 9,458 Common

Shares of Stolt-Nielsen Limited, which option

exercises were satisfied out of Common Shares held by

Stolt-Nielsen Limited.

After these transactions Stolt-Nielsen Limited holds

4,474,487 own shares, representing 6.98% of the

number of issued Common Shares.
