LONDON, February 23, 2010 - Stolt-Nielsen S.A. (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced today

that the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the

offices of Services Généraux de Gestion S.A., 412F route d'Esch, L-2086

Luxembourg, on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. local time.

All Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 3, 2010 will be

entitled to vote at the meeting.
