effective from November 18, 2010 migrate the location

of the parent company to Bermuda from Luxembourg,

where SNSA is currently registered.

The amalgamated company will be named Stolt-Nielsen

Limited and traded with the following parameters from

tomorrow 19 November 2010:

Trading currency: Unchanged, NOK

New country of register: BM - Bermuda

New ISIN: BMG850801025
