New name, new ISIN and new country of register from 19.11.2010

11.10.2010, 12.10.2010 and 16.11.2010.

Stolt-Nielsen S.A. ("SNSA") (Oslo Børs: SNI) will

effective from November 18, 2010 migrate the location

of the parent company to Bermuda from Luxembourg,

where SNSA is currently registered.

The amalgamated company will be named Stolt-Nielsen

Limited and traded with the following parameters from

tomorrow 19 November 2010:

New Name: Stolt-Nielsen Limited

Ticker: Unchanged, SNI

Segment: Unchanged, OBMA

Trading currency: Unchanged, NOK

New country of register: BM - Bermuda

New ISIN: BMG850801025
