STOCKMANN plc Company Announcement 30.6.2010 at 9.45 STOCKMANN plc: EXERCISE OF LOYAL CUSTOMER SHARE OPTIONS 2006 During the share subscription period from May 2, 2010 to May 31, 2010, a total of 52,047 Stockmann plc Series B shares with a par value of EUR 2.00 were subscribed for as a result of exercise of the Company's Loyal Customer share options. In consequence, the Company's share capital was increased by EUR 104,094. As a result of the increase, Stockmann plc's share capital now totals EUR 142,292,000 and the total number of Series B shares in issue is 40,518,437. The shares will be registered in the Trade Register and become subject to trade on the share list of Nasdaq OMX Helsinki Oy together with the old shares today, on June 30, 2010. The subscription price was EUR 33.35 less the amount of dividend per share decided after the beginning of the period for determination of the share subscription price (1 February - 28 February 2006). This year the subscription price was EUR 27.93. The unused share options expired with no value upon the end of the subscription period.
