STATEMENT IN RELATION TO CALLS TO AEVUM SHAREHOLDERS

Stockland said today it had engaged a leading and reputable shareholder communications firm to contact Aevum shareholders in relation to its takeover offer for Aevum.

During these calls, Aevum shareholders are asked if they are aware of Stockland’s bid, have they received the Bidder’s Statement, whether they intend to accept the offer and if they require any further information.

These phone calls are standard market practice and are being conducted professionally, courteously and responsibly.

The script being used for the phone calls accurately reflects Stockland’s Bidder’s Statement, complies with all legal obligations and does not seek to pressure shareholders in any way.

Stockland’s call centre has clear instructions for escalating to Stockland any complaints from shareholders about the calls – and there have been no escalations.
