STOCKLAND ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION REINVESTMENT PLAN PRICING

Senior Manager In accordance with the terms of the DRP, we advise that the issue price for each Investor Relations Stockland stapled security is $4.38, based on the average of the daily volume weighted T +61 (0)2 9035 3148 averages of the selling price for stapled securities for the 15 trading days from 27 M +61 (0)429 621 742 [email protected] January 2017 to 16 February 2017 (inclusive), with a discount of 1.0 per cent on
the stapled securities issued under the DRP.
As announced on 15 December 2016, the deadline for securityholders to indicate DRP participation, or change an existing election, was 5pm (AEDST) on Friday 6 January 2017.
The new securities will be issued to participating securityholders on 28 February 2017.
