STOCKLAND COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF RETIREMENT LIVING PORTFOLIO IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA

Stockland confirms that further to its announcement on 4 June 2015, it has now completed the transaction to acquire a portfolio of eight retirement villages in South Australia on the terms previously announced.
