ADAM TINDALL TO JOIN STOCKLAND BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Stockland (ASX: SGP) Chairman, Tom Pockett, today announced the appointment of Adam Tindall to the Stockland Board effective immediately.
Mr Pockett said: “I’m delighted to welcome Adam to the Stockland Board. Adam has over 30 years’ experience in investment management, capital partnerships and real estate and his appointment reflects our ongoing Board succession program which focuses on complementing and strengthening the Board’s experience and expertise,” said Mr Pockett.
Mr Tindall was the Chief Executive, AMP Capital from 2015 to 2020 where he led a global leading investment manager overseeing funds and separate accounts for clients across a range of asset classes including real estate, infrastructure, equities, fixed income and multi-asset capabilities. Mr Tindall's prior roles at AMP Capital included Director and Chief Investment Officer for Property, leading a team managing a $19b portfolio of real estate investments of behalf of domestic and international institutional investors. Prior to 2009 Mr Tindall held senior leadership roles at Macquarie Capital and Lendlease.
Mr Tindall holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours) and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute
of Company Directors.
As required by the Stockland Constitution, Mr Tindall will offer himself for election by securityholders at the 2021 Annual General Meetings.
