STOCKLAND LEADERSHIP TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT
Stockland (ASX:SGP) today announced Mr Tiernan O’Rourke’s intention to step down as Chief Financial Officer after eight years in the role.
Stockland Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Tarun Gupta said “Tiernan has been a highly valued leader at Stockland. During his eight years he has made a significant contribution to the operation and governance of the Group with a particular focus on finance, treasury, tax, investor relations and a number of other group functions including strategy and sustainability.
“I would like to thank Tiernan for his dedication and commitment to the organisation and I wish him well for his future endeavours.”
Mr O’Rourke will remain in the role until late 2021 in order to facilitate a smooth transition. Stockland has commenced a process to identify a successor from a strong field of internal and external candidates.
