Lorenzo Grandi, STMicroelectronics' President and CFO to speak at Barclays investor conference

Geneva, December 4, 2025 - STMicroelectronics N.V. ("ST") (NYSE: STM) President and Chief Financial Officer Lorenzo Grandi will speak at the Barclays 23rd Annual Global Technology Conference in San Francisco on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 7.25pm CET / 10.25am U.S. Pacific Time.

A live webcast (listen-only mode) of the conference will be accessible at ST's website, https://investors.st.com, and will be available for replay until December 25, 2025.
