STMicroelectronics Announces the Posting of its IFRS 2013 Semi Annual Accounts

Geneva, August 20, 2013 – STMicroelectronics NV (NYSE: STM), a global semiconductor leader serving customers across the spectrum of electronics applications, announced that it has posted its IFRS 2013 Semi Annual Accounts for the six-month period ended June 29, 2013, on its website and has filed them with the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets on August 20, 2013.
