STMicroelectronics Announces the Filing of its Form 20-F with SEC
GENEVA, March 7, 2012 -- STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM) announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2011 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on March 6, 2012.
