Amsterdam, February 26, 2016 – For the purpose of the amended European Union Transparency Directive, STMicroelectronics N.V. declares that its home member state is the Netherlands. This declaration is being made as a result of STMicroelectronics N.V. being incorporated in the Netherlands and listed on Euronext Paris, Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and the New York Stock Exchange.
