Posting and Publication of Annual Report

STM Group plc (AIM: STM), the cross-border provider of retirement solutions, life assurance products and related administrative services, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be posted to shareholders tomorrow, 28 June 2024 and is available to view on the Company's website ( https://www.stmgroupplc.com/ ).

The date of the Annual General Meeting for 2024 has yet to be determined, pending the outcome of the offer by Jambo SRC Limited to acquire the whole of the issued and to be issued share capital of the Company, and will be communicated to shareholders in due course.
