STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider, announces the result of its Annual General Meeting held today. Resolutions 1-8 and Resolutions 11 and 12 were duly passed, and Resolutions 9 and 10, which were special resolutions relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights, were not passed.
