Confirmation of AGM details

STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider, clarifies that the AGM Statement announcement on the 28 June 2023 stated the incorrect time for the Annual General Meeting. The Meeting is to be held at 10:00 am (UK time) on 22 August 2023 at STM's offices, 1st floor, 21 Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3TP.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting which has been posted to shareholders had the correct time, it is available on the Company's website (www.stmgroupplc.com).
