• Sub: Corrigendum to Intimation of first & final call money received from some Partly Paid up Shareholders vide letter dated 19-02-2024 to your good office

Ref: First & final call money notice dated 16-12-2023 of the Company given to your good office

This has corrigendum to the intimation filed by the company vide letter dated 19-02-2024 to your good office. With reference to above captioned subject and in continuation of disclosure made to Stock Exchanges on 16.12.2023, , we wish to inform the stock exchange that after intimating Partly Paid Shareholders as mentioned in the first & final call money notice dated 16-12-2023 given by the company to your good office, the company has received first & final call money amount of Rs. 30 per share (Rupees Thirty Only) from Twenty (20) partly paid shareholders out of total 461765 partly paid shareholders, through the mode of cheques and demand draft.

The company has deposited the aforesaid cheques and demand draft received from the partly paid shareholders to the company’ bank current account. Out of total 20 cheques/demand drafts received, 18 were cleared and call money has been credited to the Company's current Account, however 2 cheques have been dishonored and were returned to the company.(Details annexed as Annexure A)

Now, the company convert these partly paid shareholders shares into fully paid shares through the depository i.e. NSDL and CDSL by filing the Corporate Action with the depositories and the recognised stock exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and NSE.
