नई दिल्ली (वार्ता)। कांग्रेस की उत्तर प्रदेश की प्रभारी महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड़ा ने कहा कि प्रदेश में जहरीली शराब के कारण सैकडों लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है लेकिन राज्य की योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार शराब माफियाओं के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा की प्रदेश में अब तक शराब के कारण 200 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो गई है और कई घर उजड़ चुके हैं लेकिन पुलिस और प्रशासन चुप है। माफिया पत्रकारों और पलिस पर हमला कर रहे हैं लेकिन कोई करवाई नहीं हुई। श्रीमती गांधी ने ट्वीट किया, ठंंद्रह्न में जहरीली शराब से 13 मौतें हो गईं। इस साल उप्र में जहरीली शराब से लगभग 200 मौतें हो चुकी हैं।

N azara Technologies Ltd on Friday said it has acquired 100% stake in Hyderabad-based skill gaming company OpenPlay Technologies for ₹186.4 crore as the gaming and sports media company looks to bolster its play in the real money gaming segment.

OpenPlay runs a multi-game consumer gaming platform under the 'Classic Games' brand which hosts skill-based games. This marks the second acquisition for Nazara in the skill-based real money space after the 2019 purchase of Halaplay. OpenPlay is also Nazara's

eighth acquisition till date, and its second after the company's public listing in March. For Nazara, real-money

E delweiss Special Opportunities Fund III has invested ₹500 crore in a promoter holding entity of Jindal SAW Ltd, the flagship of the PR Jindal group.

The special situations fund has signed a structured finance deal in Chhattisgarhbased Siddeshwari Tradex Pvt. Ltd (STPL), the investment holding firm owned by the promoters of the PR Jindal group. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, two people briefed on the deal told VCCircle.

"This financing provides a tailored long-term flexible solution to the capital needs of the group, " said Vinay Awasthy, managing partner, Perigon Consiliario, the advisor to Jindal SAW on this deal. The company and Edelweiss Group did

not respond to requests for comments.

Jindal SAW supplies iron and steel pipes, fittings and accessories and has manufacturing facilities in India, the US, Europe and the UAE. It has a market capitalization of $500 million and an annual turnover of $1.5 billion.
