The eĀtraordinarā general meeting that ÿas held on 17 June 2021, folloÿing a request bā the shareholder Laureus Capital GmbH to conþene such meeting, resolþed to not approþe the board of directors' proposal on an issue of ÿarrants and approþal of transfer of ÿarrants as arrangement for ensuring deliþerā of shares in Stillfront to the participants in the long-term incentiþe program established at the Annual General Meeting on 11 Maā 2021 (LTIP 2021/2025).
