This announcement replaces RNS Number 9115G issued on 14 March 2024. SThree has today, 22 March 2024, been advised by the Company's EBT that the information regarding the prices and volumes of shares acquired in respect of the deferred bonus shares was incorrect. The aggregate bonus deferred by each PDMR is unchanged, i.e. one-third of their bonus payment (post tax), for the 2023 financial year.
