In terms of the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010 (ESOP 2010), the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, has approved grant of 13,41,143 options to eligible employees exercisable into equal number of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company, at an exercise price of Rs. 2/- per option. These stock options shall vest over a period of four years and shall be capable of being exercised within a period of five years from the date of vesting.
