In terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and ‘Code of Conduct for to regulate, monitor and report trading in the securities of the Company’, the “Trading Window” for trading in the equity shares of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2021 to October 23, 2021 (both days inclusive).
