Sub: Completion of acquisition of balance stake in Clearcomm Group Limited

Kindly refer to our earlier communication dated 22 July 2021, regarding Sterlite Technologies Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary entering into definitive documents to acquire 100% stake in Clearcomm Group Limited (“Clearcomm”). Pursuant to the said agreement, first tranche of acquisition of 80% stake was completed in July 2021.

We wish to inform that the acquisition of balance 20% stake in Clearcomm is completed now upon completion of closing conditions. The Company now holds 100% shares of Clearcomm through its wholly owned subsidiary in UK.
