Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Sterlite Technologies Limited (‘STL’ or ‘the Company’) hereby submits that it emerged as L1 bidder from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for “Development (Creation, Upgradation and Operation & Maintenance) of Middle mile network of Bharat Net on Design Build Operate and Maintain (DBOM) Model” – Package 13 (Jammu & Kashmir) as per details enclosed herewith as Annexure ‘A’.
