Kindly refer to our earlier communication dated November 29, 2023, regarding Metallurgica Bresciana S.p.A., Italy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sterlite Technologies Limited, entering into definitive documents to sell its 40% of outstanding shares held in Metallurgica Bresciana Maanshan Special Cable Ltd., China (“ MB Manshaan ”) subject to regulatory approvals, if any.

We now wish to inform that the divestment of the Company’s stake in MB Manshaan is completed on October 14, 2024.
