Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010 (ESOP 2010), 17,90,000 options exercisable into equal number of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company, at an exercise price of Rs.2/- per option, have been granted to eligible employees in the meeting of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board held on July 22, 2020.

These stock options shall vest over a period of five years and shall be capable of being exercised within a period of five years from the date of vesting.
