Sub.: Outcome of Board Meeting - Intimation under Regulations 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (the "Listing Regulations")

Dear Sir/Madam,

In continuation with our letter dated April 29, 2026, declaring the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of Sterlite Technologies Limited (the "Company") for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. April 29, 2026, has also approved the following:

1. Re-appointment of Mr. Ankit Agarwal (DIN: 03344202) as a Managing Director designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for period of five consecutive years from October 8, 2026 up to October 7, 2031, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
2. Appointment of Ms. Anshu Mordia as Chief Human Resource Officer considered as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from April 29, 2026.

The requisite disclosures, pursuant to Schedule III under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulation read with SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed herewith in Annexure I.

The meeting commenced at 9.30 am and concluded at 1.41 pm.

• He holds sustainability very close to his heart and is leading the company’s ambitious Net-Zero by 2030 target from the front.
• Ankit is extremely passionate about improvement in health, education and the environment through digital inclusion in India.
