Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that Mr. Tushar Shroff, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation vide letter dated March 07, 2025 for pursuing career opportunities outside the Company and will be relieved from his duties with effect from close of business hours of Monday, March 31, 2025.

Mr. Tushar Shroff will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange w.e.f. close of business hours of Monday, March 31, 2025.
