We wish to inform that Mr. Raman Venkatraman , CEO-STL Digital Business has tendered his resignation to pursue his journey towards entrepreneurship and advisory roles in the Technology Industry (Resignation letter attached). Mr. Raman will be relieved effective close of business hours of July 31, 2024.

Mr. Naveen Bolalingappa , who has been the CFO & COO (Strategy and Operations), STL Digital, will take over the role of interim CEO – STL Digital Business. Naveen has over 30 years of experience in IT Services with expertise in IT Strategy and Operations. He has performed several leadership roles globally in sales, customer relationships, delivery, and operations. He was formerly at Tata Consultancy Services, where he was Head of Global Business Operations for the HiTech unit. Naveen holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Mysore, India, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

As I continue my next journey towards entrepreneurship and advisory roles in the Technology Industry, I am announcing my decision to resign from STL Digital. Over the last 2.5 years, it has been my honor to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of STL Digital and lay the foundations for a digital services arm of STL. STL Digital has grown to be a strong company specializing in Digital IT Services with a global brand of customers and a talented team of more than 800 consultants serving globally.

I would like to thank the Chairman and the Board of STL for the support that they have given me to create this wonderful company.

I would like to wish the new management team plenty of success and take the company and group to greater heights in the future.
