Pursuant to Regulation 29, 33 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sterlite Technologies Limited (the “ Company ”) will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023 , inter alia, to consider Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.

In terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in the securities of the Company’, the “Trading Window” for trading in the equity shares of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2023 to October 28, 2023 (both days inclusive).
