NOTICE is also hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 22[nd] July, 2023 to Friday, 28[th] July, 2023 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the Members entitled to Dividend.

The Dividend shall be payable to all those Members / Deemed Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / Statement of Beneficial Owners as on the close of the business hours on Friday, 21[st] July, 2023. Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, upon approval at the AGM, will be paid on or after Tuesday, 8[th] August, 2023. Pursuant to Finance Act 2020, dividend income will be taxable in the hands of Members with effect from 1[st] April, 2020 and the Company is required to deduct tax at source from Dividend paid to Members at the applicable prescribed rates.
