(IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Rules framed thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) read with General Circular Nos.14/2020, 17/2020, 20/2020 and 02/2021 dated 8th April 2020, 13th April 2020, 5th May 2020 and 13th January, 2021 respectively, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated 12th May 2020 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD2/CIR/P/2021/11 and January 15, 2021 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
