Capital Repayment Record Date

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 6 December 2024, Steppe Cement has resolved on the details of the Capital Repayment as follows:

Record Date: 17 December 2024

Payment Date: 31 December 2024

Capital Repayment of, in aggregate, USD4,200,000 in cash, will be paid in GBP and is expected to represent approximately 1.5 pence per ordinary share of no par value each. 

Further information on the Capital Repayment is set out in the Circular announced and published on 15 November 2024.
