Capital Repayment Payment Date  

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 10 December 2025, Steppe Cement has made a Capital Repayment on 23 December 2025 of USD4,350,000 in cash, paid in GBP, representing 1.5 pence per ordinary share of no par value each.
