Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Steppe Cement Ltd ("Steppe Cement") has received notification from Apollo Asia Fund Limited that it has acquired 4,042,969 ordinary shares in Steppe Cement.  Following the acquisition, Apollo Asia Fund Limited holds 23,933,789 ordinary shares representing 10.93% of the issued share capital of Steppe Cement.
