Appointment of Independent Director Paul Rodzianko as Chairman

Steppe Cement Ltd ("Steppe Cement" or "The Company") is pleased to announce that Paul Rodzianko, independent non-executive director, was appointed as independent non-executive Chairman. Paul Rodzianko is currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
