Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Stelrad Group plc announces that Martin Payne, Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees of Churchill China plc with immediate effect.
In addition, Martin will assume the role of Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Churchill China plc in April 2024.
